Currently serving as a Case Manager at Epic Health Solutions since December 2022, Michelle acts as the primary contact for insured persons while managing inpatient and outpatient cases. Previous experience includes roles as a Claims Examiner at Canada Life, Chief Booth Attendant for the City of Toronto, Operations Coordinator at FERRO Canada Inc., and various positions focused on medical case management and environmental sustainability.
