Jonathan Parkes

Jonathan Parkes is an accomplished professional in the field of asset management and building compliance, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management & Building Compliance at EPIC Housing since November 2023. Prior experience includes leading roles at Honeycomb Group, where Jonathan was the Head of Assets & Property Services and previously the Contract & Compliance Manager, spanning from May 2018 to November 2023. Jonathan also held the position of Quality Building Officer at Staffordshire Housing Group and served as a Housing Officer at Arch (North Staffs). Earlier career experience includes working as a Customer Service Advisor at Argos. Jonathan's educational background consists of an MSc in Building Surveying from the University College of Estate Management and a BA in Sociology, Crime and Deviance from the University of Staffordshire, along with qualifications from RICS and the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
