Seema Chauhan

Seema Chauhan is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the healthcare and education sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Epic Hospital in Ahmedabad since February 2023, Seema also founded Aaraambh in December 2020, providing consulting and training services. Previous positions include Head of HR & Admin at RBZ Jewellers Pvt Ltd, Hospital Administrator at Saviour Hospital Ahmedabad, and Administrative Manager at Redbricks Education Foundation. Seema has held multiple managerial roles since starting as an Operations Manager at Saviour Hospital in 2010, following earlier positions as a Patient Relation Officer at Shalby Limited and Sterling Hospitals, and Administrative Supervisor at St. Kabir School. Seema is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resources Management at Shri JJT University, holding an MBA from NIMS University - Jaipur and a BCom in Advance Accountancy and Auditing from Navgujarat College of Commerce.
