Prior to this, they were the President and COO of Intercare Therapy, Inc., where they provided individualized treatment to children with autism and related disorders. Additionally, they served as the President of Autism Spectrum Therapies, focusing on providing therapeutic services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Following this, they attended Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree in 1993. Gary further enhanced their business knowledge by pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurial Studies & Finance at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1997 to 2000.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Gary earned a Certificate in Board Directorship & Corporate Governance from UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2000. Additionally, they completed the UCLA Financial Consulting Program in 1996, gaining expertise in Finance & Investments.
