Sydney Formica

Sydney Formica, MPH, is a Senior UX Designer and Team Lead at Epic since September 2021, with prior experience as a UX Designer. Sydney contributed to education as a Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University in 2020, supporting the delivery of courses on healthcare communication and policy. A background in healthcare is evident from roles such as Cancer Research Assistant Co-op at Massachusetts General Hospital and Volunteer Clinical Research Assistant at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, where significant research skills and patient interactions were developed.
