Rachel Mullot

Rachel MULLOT currently serves as DRH at Epiconcept company since September 2022. Prior to this role, Rachel held the position of Management RH & Relations Sociales at Chiesi France from November 2020 to September 2022. Rachel has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as Head of HR for ASPEN FRANCE from September 2014 to October 2020, where Rachel was responsible for creating the HR function and developing the commercial subsidiary in France. Rachel's previous roles include Directrice des Ressources Humaines at ERCOM, where the HR function was established for a telecom engineering startup, as well as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Zambon and COOL JET, where Rachel also took on responsibilities for training. Rachel holds a DESS in Ingenierie des Ressources Humaines and Développement des ressources humaines from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
