Jeffrey Mitchell

Jeffrey Mitchell has over a decade of experience in project management and account management within the software and service industries. Currently serving as a Project/Operations Manager at Epicor Software since February 2015, Jeffrey is responsible for professional services delivery, resource allocation, and customer advocacy. Previously, Jeffrey held multiple roles at Epicor, including Account Manager and Project Manager, where duties involved supporting a customer base of over 750 clients in integrating shipping solutions with ERP systems. Prior to Epicor, positions included Account Manager at Insite Software, Regional Sales Manager at US Phoenix Group, and Office Manager at Pearle Vision, showcasing a strong background in client relations, sales, and operational management. Jeffrey is an alumnus of Rasmussen University.
