Matthew Brady's work experience begins in 2017 with their role as a Loss Prevention Specialist at The TJX Companies, Inc. There, they provided safety and security to associates in the distribution center and helped track merchandise and investigate dishonest behavior.

In 2019, they became a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, managing full desk recruitment for technology positions and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and clients.
In 2021, they returned to Washington Frank International as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, mentoring a team, conducting training sessions, and managing the recruitment process for technology roles.
Currently, Matthew works at Epicor as a Senior Corporate Recruiter and IT & Product Team Lead, contributing to the company's vision of enabling a world of better business.
