Natalie Canadeo has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Natalie most recently worked at Epicor as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they led a team of HR Business Partners supporting top executives and drove transformational change for the company. Prior to that, they held roles such as Sr. Director of Human Resources Operations at Epicor, Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Epicor, and Manager of Human Resources at AllOver Media. Natalie also gained experience in HR consulting and talent management at companies such as RBC, OptumInsight, and Surescripts LLC. Natalie's expertise lies in strategic HR management, organizational restructuring, talent development, and HR compliance.

Natalie Canadeo completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Strategy and Organizational Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Spanish at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business from 2004 to 2008. Natalie also participated in the Personal and Executive Coaching Program at the College of Executive Coaching in July 2020. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup in 2015.
