Shannon Betcher is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application development and systems engineering. Currently a Senior Applications Developer at Epicor Software since February 2015, Shannon previously held roles as a Developer at Insite Software and as a DBA/Lead Systems Engineer at Capital Safety. Earlier career experiences include positions at IBM/HGST as Hard Drive Technical Support and as a Computer Programming Intern at FTL Systems. Shannon's educational background includes an MBA in Information Technology Management from Capella University and two degrees in Computer Information Systems from Winona State University and Rochester Community & Technical College.
