Roozbeh Ghaffari

Roozbeh Ghaffari is the Co-Founder and CEO of Epicore Biosystems. Roozbeh was previously a venture partner at Rho Ventures, where they incubated and invested in Epicore Biosystems. Roozbeh also co-founded and served as CEO of Wearifi, Inc., a startup that was acquired by MC10, Inc. in 2014.

Ghaffari has a background in electrical engineering and has worked on various neurotechnology projects, including developing a implantable device for treating Alzheimer's disease and a brain-computer interface for stroke patients. Roozbeh has also published papers on digital health and the use of wearable devices for clinical research.

Roozbeh Ghaffari received their PhD from Harvard-MIT Division of Health Sciences and Technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Roozbeh also has a M.Eng in Bioelectrical Engineering and a S.B. in Bioelectrical Engineering, both from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
