Pierre de Souffron

Pierre de Souffron is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in scientific project management and program coordination within academic and research environments. Currently serving as a Scientific Project Officer at ANR, the French National Research Agency since July 2017, Pierre has managed a collaborative research program since January 2018. Additionally, as a Program Coordinator at EPIDE since September 2015, Pierre has contributed to various initiatives. In previous roles, Pierre facilitated partnerships between European universities and coordinated events focused on European Union-Mediterranean relations. Pierre's expertise also includes higher education partnerships concerning Holocaust remembrance and collaborations with international institutions, as demonstrated during tenure at the Council of Europe and multiple universities, including the French embassy in the United States and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Pierre holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Strasbourg.
