Stefanos Eftychios Tsamos

Stefanos Eftychios Tsamos has worked in various roles in the past seven years. In 2015, they served as a Secretary/Admin Assistant for the Hellenic Army. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at EICC as a Front Of House Member (Leith's @ the EICC) and a Team Leader (Leith's @ the EICC). During the same period, they also worked at Nationwide Building Society as a Contact Center Senior Consultant and at Genting Casinos UK as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of VIP Support Analyst (High Value Accounts) at Viva Wallet (vivawallet.com). Currently, they are an Account Manager and Customer Success Consultant at Epignosis learning technologies, where they are the main point of contact for the eLearning platform, takes customers through onboarding and shapes their success plan, and establishes and maintains a healthy, positive and professional relationship with key accounts and stakeholders.

Stefanos Eftychios Tsamos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ancient/Classical Greek Language and Literature from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens between 2010 and 2016. Stefanos Eftychios then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Classics from The University of Edinburgh between 2016 and 2018.
