Kimberly Johnson

Kimberly Johnson has worked in various roles in the talent acquisition and recruitment field since 2011. Kimberly began their career as a Behavior Therapist at Creative Learning Center in 2006, and then transitioned to an Administrative Assistant at Gymboree Play and Music in 2007. In 2011, Johnson moved to FirstSteps for Kids, Inc., where they served as Regional Manager of Recruitment and Training. From 2015 to 2021, Johnson held the role of Multi-Unit Leader at Philz Coffee. Most recently, Johnson held the roles of Manager, Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Partner at Maple Street Biscuit Company from 2021 to 2022. Kimberly is currently the Director of Talent Aquisition at Epika Fleet Services.

Kimberly Johnson attended California State University - East Bay from 2007 to 2010, where they studied Psychology. Kimberly also holds a Certified Crisis Preventions Interventions Instructor certification from Crisis Prevention Interventions.
