Angelos Kapsimanis

Angelos Kapsimanis has a diverse work experience in various technology roles. Angelos is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Epikast, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Lendis, where they assumed responsibility for the technology function and laid out the tech strategy for the company. Angelos completed a review of the Engineering and IT departments and formulated a new tech strategy. Before Lendis, Angelos served as the Director of Engineering at Klarna, where they led the Risk domain with a global footprint. Angelos worked closely with the Product domains and the Leadership team to ensure alignment and delivery of desired functionality. Angelos also held roles such as Head of Development and Head of Insights at Motionlogic GmbH, Senior Software Developer at LiquidM, and Software Developer at nugg.ad. In addition, Angelos has experience as a Founder at Aton Solar, where they developed software for in-house projects related to photovoltaic installations, and as a Software Developer at Talos Robotics SA, where they worked on industrial machinery and custom-designed robotic controllers.

Angelos Kapsimanis has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Industrial Informatics from Technologiko Ekpaideutiko Idrima, Kavalas, obtained from 2001 to 2005. Angelos also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained from 2017 to 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Angelos has completed the "Data Science Specialization" from John Hopkins Medical Corp in 2015 and the "Startup Engineering" course from Coursera in 2013.
