Jeffrey Millard is a highly experienced engineering professional with a focus on sensor fusion and controls software. Currently serving as Chief Principal Engineer of Track Custody and Fusion at EpiSci, Jeffrey has previously held roles as Senior Member of Technical Staff at Draper, where contributions were made to celestial navigation and sensor fusion projects. As a Graduate Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, autonomous aerial target tracking was developed, and significant advancements were made in visual detection systems for UAVs. Earlier experience includes leading a team for testing and verification of turbofan engine controller software at Belcan Engineering, and serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Arizona State University. Jeffrey's foundational knowledge originated from an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from respected universities.
