Lindsay Albright started their work experience as an Academic Director at StreetSquash in 2000 and later became the Program Director. In 2007, they joined TCC Group as a Senior Consultant and worked there until 2014. Lindsay also served as a Child Advocate at Children First during their time at TCC Group. In 2014, Lindsay started their own Independent Nonprofit Consulting business and worked as a Nonprofit Consultant and Executive Coach. Lindsay also joined Children First as a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Advisory Council. Currently, Lindsay serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Episcopal Community Services since 2017.
Lindsay Albright holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree in nonprofit management and macro social work from the University of Pennsylvania, which they earned from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English literature from Brown University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, Lindsay has obtained several certifications including Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching in March 2019 and February 2019, respectively.
