Shelly Brown

Shelly Brown is originally from upstate New York. Shelly has lived in the bay area since 1989. Shelly came to ECS with over 20+ years of experience working in perinatal services, women's services, co-ed residential substance abuse counseling, and other marginalized populations. Shelly began working with ECS in 2008 as an Assistant Support Services Manager. Since 2011 she has been the Support Services Manager working with previously homeless families at Canon Barcus Community House. In 2014 she also became the Support Services Manager at 1180 4th St. Working with families in ending generational homelessness is her passion.
