Andrew Wilson

Andrew Wilson is an accomplished trumpet musician and educator with extensive experience in various prestigious ensembles and educational institutions. Currently serving as Principal Trumpet for both Manassas Ballet Theatre and Arlington Philharmonic since 2006 and 2021 respectively, Wilson also imparts knowledge as a Trumpet Instructor at The Potomac School and Episcopal High School. Previous roles include Adjunct Trumpet Lecturer at Penn State University and Principal and Solo Cornet with The United States Air Force Band. Wilson holds a Master of Music in Applied Trumpet from The Catholic University of America and a Master of Arts in Humanities from American Public University. Additionally, Wilson has a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the same institution.
