Joan Wetzel

Joan Wetzel is currently the Vice President for Human Resources & Organizational Development at Episcopal Retirement Services, where Joan provides strategic leadership in various areas such as cultural building, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Joan served as the Director of Organizational Development, Human Resources, and Corporate Compliance, as well as a Human Resources Consultant. Before joining ERS, Joan worked at Macy's as a Human Resources Coordinator, where Joan focused on talent acquisition, HRIS, and benefits administration. Throughout their career, Joan has been dedicated to fulfilling the mission of their organizations.
