Jeff Sweeney

Vice President of Community Services at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities

Jeff Sweeney has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jeff currently serves as the Vice President of Community Services at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities, where they provide leadership and strategic vision to expand different programs. Jeff has been in this role since December 2021.

Prior to this, Jeff held the position of Senior Director of Managed Services from October 2020 to January 2022 and served as a Senior Administrator from July 2019 to October 2020, both at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities.

Before joining Episcopal SeniorLife Communities, Jeff worked at Leisure Care as the Health & Wellness Director from August 2018 to June 2019. Jeff also briefly served as the Senior Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care from April 2018 to August 2018.

From 2012 to 2018, Jeff was associated with Rochester Regional Health. Jeff held positions such as Senior Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care from February 2016 to April 2018, and Director, Assisted Living & Memory Care from April 2012 to February 2016.

Jeff's career started in 2010 when they worked at Unity Health System as both a Hamlet Manager from November 2010 to April 2012 and a Health Care Consultant from September 2010 to November 2010.

Jeff also had a stint as an Interim Administrator at Family Service of Rochester from June 2010 to August 2010.

Jeff served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Assisted Living at Fairport Baptist Homes Caring Ministries from February 2009 to May 2010. Prior to that, they held the role of Assistant Administrator from September 2004 to February 2009. Jeff also served as the Director of Facility Operations from August 2001 to September 2004.

In their early career, Jeff worked as an Administrator at The Cloisters from October 1999 to August 2001 and at The Pillars from February 1999 to October 1999.

Prior to that, they worked as a Transitions Coordinator at Wyoming County from March 1998 to December 1998 and as a Residential Supervisor at Genesee County Chapter NYSARC, Inc from January 1996 to January 1998.

Jeff Sweeney's education history includes a Master's degree in Public Administration/ Health Care from SUNY Brockport, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, from 1991 to 1995, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
