Karthik Srinivasan

Karthik Srinivasan has held a variety of roles in the finance and technology sectors since 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Minot Capital Management and an Analyst at Fort Point Capital. In 2005, they joined Yahoo as a Corporate Development Analyst and evaluated targets for acquisition and joint venture opportunities. From 2006 to 2012, they worked as a Vice President at Giovine Capital Group and as the Chief Investment Officer at Briargreen Capital Management. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Senior Advisor at SeriesX and Vertalo, where they advised on finance, operations, and strategy. Karthik is currently an Advisor at Guilder, where they provide advice on finance and strategy.

Karthik Srinivasan obtained their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2002, majoring in Business. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in Finance, Economics and Statistics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. Karthik also holds a CFA Charterholder certification, obtained in September 2005.
