Veronica Wallin

Veronica Wallin is the current Chief Financial Officer at Episurf Medical. Prior to their current position, they served as the CFO and Head of HR at ApoEx AB from May 2013 to July 2016. At ApoEx, Veronica was responsible for the overall financials for a group of five companies. Veronica also participated in the company's growth from SEK 692 million to approximately SEK 2.5 billion. This growth included increasing the department from 1 to 9 employees, setting routines, and getting both the financial department and the company to work in terms of budget, reporting, and reconciliation.

Veronica also participated in the process of purchasing two companies from Apoteket Hjärtat AB with a turnover of approximately SEK 1 billion. From due diligence to integration with ApoEx systems and procedures, they were responsible for making sure the transition went smoothly. In addition, they were also a part of the process when ApoEx was purchased by Novax AB. As a member of the ApoEx Management Group, they served on the board of directors for the companies that were purchased from Apoteket Hjärtat.

At Episurf Medical, Veronica is responsible for the overall financial strategy and management of the company. Veronica is also responsible for overseeing the company's HR department, which includes everything from preparing a staff handbook to negotiating with the union.

Veronica Wallin has a Master of Science in Business from Stockholm University, a degree in Business Administration from Örebro University, and a degree in Economics from SUNY New Paltz. Veronica also attended Tibble Gymnasium.

Veronica Wallin reports to Pål Ryfors, CEO & Sales Director. They are on a team with Stephen Caswell - Head of Sales, OUS, Patrick Jamnik - President, Episurf Medical Inc, and Katarina Flodström - COO.
