Sagardeep Debbarma

Sagardeep Debbarma is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in diverse sectors. Currently, as the Co-Founder of Epitome.ai since November 2022, Sagardeep aims to revolutionize the hiring and job-seeking landscape through AI, focusing on aiding job seekers worldwide. Prior to this role, Sagardeep served as the Business Head at YLG India, overseeing operations across Bangalore and Chennai, where responsibilities included managing P&L, marketing, and a team of six. Previous positions include Business Development Manager at Collegedunia, and roles at Explorex Technologies and Rankethon, the latter of which Sagardeep co-founded and led as COO, promoting a robust employment ecosystem. Sagardeep also held the role of Vice President at Jankhoj, an NGO focused on providing education and raising awareness about social issues, and served as COO and Co-Founder of Rankie Ecommerce, enhancing its operations and marketing strategy. Educationally, Sagardeep holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
