Krishnanunni Venugopal has five years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Payroll Specialist for NGA Human Resources, an Alight company. In 2013, they then became a Human Resources Trainee at AM wings honda. In 2016, they moved to INDUS MOTORS CO. (P) LTD as an Assistant Manager Human Resources, where they handled the entire gamut of HR functions from employee joining to Payroll Management, conducted daily meetings and training for staff, and dealt with all statutory matters with various government departments. In 2020, they began working as a Human Resources Manager for both Epixel Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Epixel MLM Software.

Krishnanunni Venugopal received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR and Finance from Anna University Chennai in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Calicut University, Thenhipalem, Malapuram in 2010. In addition, they hold a certification in foriegn accounts from GTEC Computer Education.
