Anand Kripalu

Anand Kripalu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Anand is currently the Managing Director & Global CEO at EPL Limited since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Member of the Board of Governors at the Indian Institute of Management Jammu starting from March 2019. From October 2020 to June 2021, Anand was the Chairman of Royal Challengers Bangalore. Anand had a long and successful career at DIAGEO India, where they held the positions of MD & CEO and Member of Diageo Global Executive Committee from October 2013 to June 2021. Anand also served as a Non-Executive Director at Marico Limited from 2007 to 2017. Before that, they held leadership positions at Mondelēz International, Cadbury plc., and Unilever, where they gained extensive experience in various sales, marketing, and managing director roles in India, South Asia, East Africa, and Asia. Anand has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise throughout their career, making him a valuable and versatile professional in the business world.

Anand Kripalu completed their education at La Martiniere College in Lucknow, where they received their ISC degree. Anand then went on to attend the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, where they obtained a B.Tech degree in Electronics. Anand furthered their education at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Later, they attended the Advanced Management Program at The Wharton School.
