Trisha Route

Trisha Route, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at ePlace Solutions, Inc. since October 2014, Trisha consults with clients nationwide to identify HR needs and provide tailored solutions that ensure compliance with legal requirements. Previously, Trisha held the position of HR Generalist at Gap Inc., where responsibilities included recruiting, employee relations, and supporting management in policy enforcement, as well as conducting ADA conversations and harassment investigations. Earlier experience as HR Director at Western Milling involved collaborating with senior management to enhance HR policies, manage benefits programs, and oversee employee records across multiple locations. Trisha holds a BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA with a minor in Human Resources from National University.
