Stein started working part-time in a store in 2010. Since then, he has visited several departments, before in 2016 he started working at the customer center. In December 2019, he took over the role of manager, where his most important task is to ensure that the customer center answers as many inquiries as possible and delivers customer service in a class of its own. Their motto is "We fix this", and they always go the extra mile for customers.
