Jenifer Pape

Ms. Pape, a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, joined ePlus in September 2022 as Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Pape offers 25+ years of human resources and operations leadership experience across the gamut of human capital management including benefits, recruiting, compensation, performance management, employee relations, M&A, and payroll and has worked in both start-up companies and large organizations. Prior to ePlus, Ms. Pape was with Accenture Federal Services (AFS) where she oversaw a segment of the employee relations function and directed the integration of her prior employer after being acquired by AFS. Prior to AFS, Ms. Pape led the human resource function of several defense contractors. Ms. Pape holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University.
