Patricia Dempsey

Patricia Dempsey has extensive work experience in recruitment and staffing. Patricia started their career as a Technical Recruiter at Luxoft/Formerly ITCI/Formerly New Age Network in 1998, where they focused on recruiting IT professionals for consulting and permanent positions. Patricia utilized various methods to source candidates and conducted detailed technical evaluations. Patricia also interviewed and assessed applicants, prepared them for interviews, and worked closely with account managers to ensure successful job placements. Patricia continued their recruitment career at Vicom Computer Services from 2004 to 2011, where they specialized in recruiting Infrastructure IT professionals, engineers, technical support, project managers, business analysts, and web developers. Patricia joined ePlus inc. in 2015 as a Sr. Staffing Support Specialist and later progressed to the role of Team Lead, Global Strategic Technology Staffing in November 2021.

Patricia Dempsey attended Pace University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
