Geraldine Pauleau

Geraldine Pauleau currently serves as the Référente du Dispositif de Formation Accompagnée 33 at EPNAK since August 2019, focusing on supporting individuals with RQTH towards mainstream employment through a multidisciplinary team. In addition, Geraldine has held the position of Enseignante spécialisée at Synapse MJC-MPT since August 2016 and is the Directrice générale, overseeing association management, project planning, and human resources responsibilities. Geraldine has been a Formatrice BAFA for Ifac association since October 2016 and previously worked at ORPEA from July 2010 to June 2015 as an animateur socio culturel, advocating for the autonomy of elderly residents in institutional care. Geraldine holds a DEJEPS in territorial development and networks from IFAC, a CAPES in Beaux-arts/arts plastiques from Espe academie Bordeaux, and a Diplôme Nationale d'arts Plastiques from Ecole nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts.
