Tom Adamczewski

Tom Adamczewski is a Machine Learning Research Engineer at Epoch AI, where engineering work supports ML experiments with large language models since July 2024. Additionally, Tom is the Founder and Software Engineer at Carlo, which provides Monte Carlo simulation capabilities for Google Sheets and Excel Online. As a Software Engineering Consultant since August 2022, Tom has worked with various clients, including a contracting role at Open Philanthropy from December 2020 to December 2022 developing software for mathematical models. Previous experience includes backend engineering at GoCardless and quantitative cost-effectiveness modeling at GiveWell. Tom holds a degree from the University of Oxford, completed in 2018.
