Nicole Anderson

Nicole Anderson is the CEO and Founder of Nicole Anderson and Associates Consulting, LLC, specializing in educational equity, executive coaching, and organizational development since January 2018. Concurrently, Anderson serves as a consultant for multiple organizations, including Epoch Education, Inc., McPherson & Jacobson, LLC, California School Boards Association, and has been a substitute administrator for Vallejo City Unified School District. As an adjunct professor at Touro University California since January 2009, Anderson has contributed to professional development initiatives, particularly in educational equity, during a tenure as the Diversity and Equal Access Executive at the Association of California School Administrators from July 2014 to January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as principal at Highland Elementary from May 2011 to June 2014. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Oregon State University, as well as degrees in Educational Leadership and a Single Subject Teaching Credential from Sonoma State University and National University, respectively.
