David Adams

David Adams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. David began their career in 2002 at Shell Oil Company as a Sr. HR Analyst. David then worked at EchoStar Corporation as a Compensation Manager, where they managed the annual performance process and created compensation strategies. After that, David joined The Sports Authority Limited as a Sr. Compensation Analyst.

In 2006, they started working at Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, progressing from Financial Analyst to Sr. Financial Analyst and eventually Financial Manager. During this time, they gained experience in financial analysis and management.

David then transitioned to George K. Baum & Company, where they held the position of Vice President. After that, they worked at CaliCo Solutions as a Software Developer, contributing to software development projects.

Currently, they are employed at Epoch Solutions Group as a Software Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying new features in a Mobile Xamarin Forms application. David also manages the Agile process and ceremonies for the development team.

David Adams has a diverse education history. David obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Denver from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Development and Change from the University of Houston-Clear Lake during the period of 2000 to 2001. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas A&M University, which they completed from 1995 to 1999.

In addition to their formal education, David Adams has also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in October 2022.
