Arne Hecheltjen began their work experience in 2005 as a Banker at Landsparkasse Schenefeld. Arne then interned at YPOS Consulting GmbH from September 2010 to December 2010. In 2011, they had internships at Feri EuroRating Services AG and Deutsche Bank. Arne joined PwC in 2014 as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant until August 2018. From 2018 to 2022, Hecheltjen worked at Olympus Deutschland GmbH as a Projektreferent and later as Transformation Manager (Customer Experience). Currently, they are serving as Projektleiter im CFO PMO at Eppendorf Group starting from October 2022.

Arne Hecheltjen completed their education at several institutions. Arne obtained a Bachelor of Science in Volkswirtschaft (Economics) from the University of Mannheim from 2007 to 2010. Arne later pursued a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Bayreuth, graduating in 2013. Additionally, in 2012, they had a brief stint at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln studying Economics. Arne also holds a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in March 2018. In April 2017, they became a Prince2 Practitioner, certified by AXELOS Global Best Practice. Other certifications include PSM I - Scrum Master and PSPO I - Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org, and they have undertaken training in ITIL (2011) Foundation and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
