Dirk Steinbach

Dirk Steinbach has held various roles in the field of IT throughout their career. Dirk began working at Philip Morris in 2000 as an IT Trainee, where they gained experience in different areas of IT and participated in various projects. In 2002, they became a Project Leader and Service Manager for the CRM-System at Philip Morris, where they were responsible for system maintenance and technical support. In 2007, Steinbach joined Lufthansa Systems as a Consultant, where they successfully coordinated a cost reduction program. Dirk later became a Team Manager, leading a team in operating an IT sales system for a customer. Since 2013, Steinbach has been working at Eppendorf Group, initially as Director of CRM and more recently as the Executive Director of Global IT Application Services.

Dirk Steinbach completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics at Cranfield School of Management from 2011 to 2012. Dirk also obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) in Business Administration from Technische Hochschule Wildau, spanning from 1995 to 1999.
