Gustavo Lippi has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Gustavo began their career as a Financial Planning Intern at Itaú Unibanco, where they gained experience in analyzing financial statements and preparing budgets. Gustavo then worked as a Senior Auditor at PwC, where they reviewed internal controls and ensured compliance with accounting standards. Gustavo also worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, conducting financial viability analysis and identifying risks and opportunities.
Gustavo later joined DECATHLON as a Finance Controller, responsible for budget analysis and forecasting. Gustavo developed a model for capacity management, leading to cost reductions. Gustavo then moved to GE, where they served as a Financial Team Leader, managing accounting and financial management for the Oil and Gas business.
After transitioning their career with support from Lee Hecht Harrison, Gustavo joined Carl Zeiss do Brasil Ltda. as a Controller, overseeing budgeting and forecasting. Gustavo also worked as the Head of Finance and Administration at Eppendorf do Brasil, responsible for financial planning and analysis, as well as managing administrative functions.

Gustavo Lippi completed an MBA in Business Management from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2004 to 2007.
