Julia Burnham, MBA, currently serves as a Talent Operations Analyst and Talent Manager at EP+Co since September 2021. Previously, Julia worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Associated Home Care Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes across two offices and managing full-cycle hiring activities. Prior to that role, Julia was the Sales Support Manager at Paragon Communications, supervising a team of sales representatives and administrators while providing comprehensive training. Julia also gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at CMS Inc., focusing on project pre-qualifications and organizing administrative systems. Julia holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Framingham State University.
