Tammy Perkins

Tammy Perkins possesses extensive experience in lease operations, asset reporting, and construction accounting, currently serving as Vice President of Lease Operations and Asset Reporting at EPR Properties since June 2016. In this role, Tammy oversees the management of property leases, the setup of new acquisitions, and construction tracking while addressing arising issues. Prior experience includes positions as Accounting Manager at LANE4 Property Group, where Tammy handled construction accounting and compliance, Senior Accountant at Briarcliff Development Company, responsible for financial statement preparation and budget management, and various accounting roles at Kessinger Hunter Commercial Real Estate and Americo Financial Life and Annuity. Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Park University and an MBA from Baker University.
