Julien Boucault

Julien Boucault has extensive experience in the field of transportation and safety management, currently serving as Adjoint au directeur des autorisations at EPSF since September 2015. Previously, Julien held multiple roles within EPSF, including Chargé de mission ouverture à la concurrence et innovation and Coordonnateur systèmes mixtes. From September 2011 to August 2015, Julien worked at SERVICE TECHNIQUE DES REMONTEES MECANIQUES ET DES TRANSPORTS GUIDES as Chargé d'affaires and subsequently as adjoint au responsable du bureau nord ouest. Concurrently, Julien was engaged at DRIEA in similar capacities, focusing on the safety of guided transport. Earlier in the career, Julien was responsible for the technical policy subdivision for the Seine basin at Voies navigables de France and served as Chargé de mission for Mediterranean ports at the Ministère de la Transition écologique. Julien holds a Master of Science in Management from New York University and a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Ecole nationale des Travaux publics de l'Etat.
