César Sandoval has extensive work experience in the field of customer operations and management. César began their career in 2006 as a Storer at Flex, where they gained hands-on experience in inventory management. Over the years, they took on various roles at Flex, including Diagnostic Technician, Field Test Engineer, and finally Operations Chief, where they redesigned the customer service and production planning orders system and ensured customer satisfaction by providing product advice and technical support.
In 2017, César joined EPSGlobal as a Customer Operations Manager, where they continued to demonstrate their leadership skills and commitment to customer satisfaction. César implemented a fresh and transparent system, resulting in increased efficiency and improved customer experience. Throughout their work experience, César consistently upheld company values of inclusiveness, teamwork, and responsibility.
César Sandoval completed their education at the Universidad de Guadalajara. From 2002 to 2007, they pursued a degree in Ingeniero en Comunicaciones y Electrónica. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2001, they obtained their Bachillerato degree from the same university. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications including "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" from Google in March 2023, "Foundations of Project Management" from Google in December 2022, "Claves para Gestionar Personas" from Coursera in April 2022, and "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" from Coursera in August 2021.
