Marla Vega

Marla Vega is an experienced executive in talent management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Talent Management at EPSI since January 2019. Vega has previously held roles such as Manager of Talent Engagement and Senior Project Manager for Survey Solutions at EPSI. Prior experience includes positions at TalentMap from March 2015 to November 2018, where Vega progressed from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and also served as a Software Tester and IT Support. Earlier in their career, Vega worked at Inditex from October 2009 to September 2014, progressing from Supervisor to Store Manager. Marla Vega holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Managing People and Organizations from Carleton University.
