Michael Howard

Michael Howard has over 25 years of experience in environmental management and conservation. Currently serving as the Managing Principal at Epsilon Associates, Inc. since March 1999, Michael has previously held the position of Conservation Administrator for the Town of North Andover from March 1994 to March 1999, and worked as a Wetland Scientist at Coler and Colantonio, Inc. in 1993-1994. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry and Wildlife Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing studies between 1988 and 1992.
