David Klinch, PWS, PMP, is a Principal at Epsilon Associates, Inc. since September 2013, specializing in the permitting and licensing of energy generation and distribution projects across the U.S. Prior to this role, David served as Principal Consulting Scientist at Constellation from 2008 to 2013, focusing on the permitting of new merchant nuclear facilities.
