Anne-Laure Piron

Anne-Laure Piron has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being Human Resources Director at EPSILON France since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Director at UNIFY GROUP from January 2019 to April 2022, where they were responsible for structuring and overseeing the entire HR scope for France and International, including advising managers, HR development, organizational management, employer branding, recruitment, personnel administration, disciplinary actions, and social relations. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at Groupe ELEPHANT from July 2018 to January 2019, and as the Human Resources Manager at BETC Digital from September 2016 to June 2018, where they worked as a business partner to the executives and developed HR action plans for team development, organization, and business growth. Previous to that, they worked as the Recruitment and HR Development Manager at BETC from March 2012 to June 2018, and as a Consumer Goods Consultant at Korn Ferry/Futurestep - PARIS from January 2009 to March 2012.
