Clayton Young

Clayton Young has extensive experience in engineering and project development, currently serving as a Project Developer at Epsilon Industries since January 2020. Prior roles include Sales Engineer at Rentech Boiler Systems, where responsibilities involved the initial design of boiler systems and generating technical proposals, and Quality Engineer at Tige Boats, Inc. Previously, at Pantex Plant, Clayton worked as an Authorization Basis Analyst, focusing on nuclear safety analysis and compliance with Department of Energy standards. Early experience includes a position as a Bank Teller at American State Bank. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Eastern New Mexico University.
