Tim Blackburn

Tim Blackburn is an accomplished technology and marketing professional with extensive experience in client integration and business intelligence. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Integration at Epsilon since June 2011, Tim leads initiatives to enhance outcome-based marketing leveraging over 50 years of industry expertise. Previously, Tim held the position of Principal Consultant at Hewlett-Packard / Knightsbridge Solutions from January 2004 to June 2011, where key contributions included leading business intelligence development for the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and architecting complex Cognos reporting projects. Tim's earlier experience includes freelance web development and programming roles, as well as systems administration at Metris Companies, demonstrating a well-rounded background in software development and IT infrastructure. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
