Wayne Townsend

Wayne Townsend is the current President of Technology Practice at Epsilon. Wayne has held this position since January of 1994 and was previously the Director at Epsilon. There, they led client relationships and delivery teams in developing, servicing, and using large scale database marketing solutions.

In November of 2008, Wayne became the Chief Executive Officer at ClickSquared. Wayne transformed the business from a project-based services orientation to a recurring revenue-based SaaS software company. Wayne established the strategy, built and led the team to ensure customer success, drove product requirements and delivery, and ensured overall operational excellence and predictable growth and profitability.

From September of 2004 to November of 2008, Wayne was the Chief Operating Officer at ClickSquared (formerly Click Tactics). Wayne led sales, client service, service delivery and product marketing functions through rapid growth and the integration of multiple acquisitions. Wayne developed significant multi-million dollar relationships at fortune 100 clients in the financial services, cable, telco, insurance, ecommerce and hospitality industries.

Wayne Townsend first attended the [University of Dayton, where they earned their MS in mechanical engineering. Wayne then went on to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned their BS in the same field.
