Meryam Khalil

Meryam KHALIL has extensive experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as RRH - Adjointe du DRH at EPSM Caen since November 2022. Meryam has worked within the fonction publique territoriale since January 1997, holding the position of cadre administratif. Previous roles include Adjointe au DRH at CHU de Caen Normandie from January 2020 to November 2022 and Responsable des secteurs Paye-Gestion des Temps at CHU de Caen from March 2015 to January 2020. Meryam also has a strong background in recruitment and mobility, having served as Chef du service Recrutement-Concours at the Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire and Chef du service Recrutement et Mobilité at Conseil Général. Educational qualifications include a certificat de coach professionnel from Haute École de Coaching, a Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies in Relations internationales from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Diplôme de l'IEP in Politique et social from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
