Scott Joplin

Scott Joplin has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Scott began their career in 1994 as a Consultant/Developer/UI Designer/QA Engineer for Concero (formerly PSW Technologies Inc.). In 2001, they ran a successful freelance consulting business assisting multiple small businesses in their web presence and business applications. In 2004, they became a Senior QA/Team Lead at Overwatch Systems Tactical Operations, where they developed test plans, cases, and procedures for executing manual and automated test suites across multiple platforms. In 2006, they were a Senior QA/Consultant (Dell Diagnostics Division) at Tac Worldwide, responsible for testing prototype systems, peripherals, and pre-released software for compatibility and functionality. In 2007, they joined ePsolutions Inc. as a Senior QA/Usability Engineer/UI Designer for a SAAS back office solution service for Texas's retail electric providers. In 2010, they became Directory of Quality Assurance/Product Manager at Audingo, a start up formed to build a scalable and reliable personalized audio/video based mass communication system via phone calls, texts, and emails. In 2014, they became VP of Product Development at ePsolutions, managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. In 2019, they joined thinkbridge as a Retail Sales Specialist.

Scott Joplin did not have any formal education beyond high school. Scott studied Computer Science at The University of Texas at Austin and attended Austin Community College.
